For this one I took the original image and drew some lines using the pen tool which i then turned to yellow. Then I made a new layer where I painted over the lines with the colours i wanted. Then I combined the layers and adjusted the opacity and colour, then I erased the sections i didn't want to make it look like it goes behind him.
